Npager (last updated 06/08/2025)
What is npager.com?
A briefing document generator, from a single prompt (and soon your own pdfs, github repos, etc)
some examples (these are pretty bad rn but focus on the content, formatting fixes will come later):
- The History of Prose in Literature
- Types of Chemical Reactions
- Building a Gaming PC
- Building Muscle
- Creating a Homelab
- Naming Molecular Compounds
- Building a Motor from Scratch
- Importing Chinese Products to Canada
Why would anyone want to read ai slop docs you ask?
For exploration. When exploring new topics we often find ourselves learning through socratic discussion, this is a very good way of building understanding in a short amount of time, but often leaves us with lots of blind spots (think: unknown-unknowns)
On the other hand, readings textbooks or primers leaves you with a very comprehensive understanding of a topic, at the cost of being far more verbose, and taking more time.
A good middle ground between these two modes of learning is an n-pager (wordplay on 1-pager)
Generate a document at the level of depth you need, at the length you are comfortable with.
